Dr. Ben Kurtz earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences, Graduating Magna Cum Laude in 2014. Dr. Kurtz completed his clinical rotations at Baylor University Out-patient orthopedics Neurological Center and Gayle Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation. Dr. Kurtz has received advanced training in the evaluation and treatment of orthopedic and sports conditions. He was awarded a Board Certification in Orthopedic Physical Therapy following completion of his residency at Rancho Physical Therapy in March 2020. For the past seven years he has worked in outpatient Orthopedics. Dr. Kurtz specializes in a manual therapy approach that emphasizes hands-on, one on one treatment to promote healing and maximize recovery potential.
His work as an associate professor at the University of St. Augustine reinforces his commitment to evidence-based treatments backed by the most current research and industry best practices.
